AIHSP believes strongly in the preservation of its visitors' privacy. There are times when visitors will be asked to share personal information, such as to sign up to receive our newsletter, to contact us with an inquiry or to log into private areas of AIHSP.org. In addition to general contact information, there may be times when visitors will be requested to supply basic demographic information, such as to set up a profile in an advanced login system or in response to a survey/questionnaire.
In all cases where personal information is communicated to us, AIHSP will not share this information with any third party, except with the explicit permission of the visitor. Please note AIHSP will comply with any legal investigations in which information is requested by authorities, so long as it is requested through proper formal procedures (typically a subpoena).
AIHSP will never send out Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE), better known as spam. If you receive a message purported to originate from an aihsp.org address and the message does not concern AIHSP matters and was not sent to a list of legitimately acquired email addresses, you should know that the message you have received did not originate from AIHSP. Spammers have the ability to make messages appear to originate from various sources. Sometimes the true origins of these messages can be traced, and AIHSP will take aggressive action with the cooperation of anyone who reports spam activity to us that appears to come from AIHSP.

If you are not familiar with email headers, send a general message through our contact form, and we will gladly assist you with locating this important information for further investigation.
